Service Code and Criminal Code |
| |
The Service Code of The Society shall be responsible for administering the operations and procedures of the Public Service consistent with the Charter, whereas the Criminal Code shall be responsible for the conditions and rules of criminal law. |
| |
The Criminal Code depends in part upon the Service Code in the fair operation and respect of the Public Service and of the independence of courts in the fair hearing of charges and cases of accused men and women. |
| |
Similarly, the Service Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Criminal Code in cases of certain breaches of the Service Code deemed as criminal acts. |
