| While the sovereign rights of the nation shall always be defended, the Earth itself is exposed to potential external threats as well as the acts of rogue states. | ||
| Therefore, by this constitution, the nation shall support and promote the adoption of a global defence system for the planet Earth, including a system for disabling ballistic offensive weapons. | ||
