3. National Principles
 
  Article 25- Security  
25.1 Security  
  It shall be a founding principle of this constitution that at all times the safety and security of the nation, its citizens and residents, its physical and intellectual assets are protected from harm.
 
25.2 Internal security  
  The security of the nation must begin with ensuring the safety of its citizens and residents first. It is a principle of this constitution that proper local, state and national security systems shall be in place to ensure the protection of all personal property and persons from crime and harm.
 
25.3 External security  
  The only guarantee to security from external threats is to have harmony and cooperation with immediate near neighbour nations first, followed by non-neighbour nations second.
 
  Secondly, in the spirit of cooperation such threats as external very large objects and geothermal and climactic shifts are addressed together.
 
  It shall be a principle of this constitution that a spirit of friendship and cooperation is extended to other nations and that greater cooperation is extended between all nations to address threats to the planet Earth as a whole.
