Digital knowledge is the sum of all electronic information stored on any magnetic, optical or other media on all computers of the nation and nationally registered organisations operating overseas.

This digital knowledge represents the single digital knowledge set of the nation and the digital intelligence of the nation.
|

Digital Knowledge Architecture |

| |
A digital knowledge architecture is a system of naming and conventions for the classification and efficient relationship mapping of all data.
|
|
| |
A digital knowledge architecture provides a complete model for the unique naming of all electronic data, types of data, associations of data that relate to daily operation of the nation.
|
|
| |
A digital knowledge architecture enables the elimination of duplicate and erroneous data throughout the nation. It also provides a solid foundation for the delivery of low cost government and private sector services as well as competitive international trade.

One Digital Knowledge Architecture for the nation |
|
| |
The nation shall have and maintain a single unique knowledge architecture for the creation, transmission and use of digital knowledge across the nation and communication to the rest of the world.
|

| 30.4 |
International digital knowledge standards |
|
| |
Where international digital knowledge standards exist for the identification of goods/services, industry and general trade, the nation shall ensure the standards are fully integrated into the national digital knowledge architecture.
|
|
| |
Where an international standard of digital information is substandard to a national standard, the international standard shall not be adopted, except in matching requirements for export to other countries.
|
|
| |
The standards of the national digital knowledge architecture shall always take precedence over all other digital knowledge standards, excepting where the standard provides a superior management of specific knowledge.

Unique Data Indexes |
|
| |
The nation shall define and maintain a range of unique data indexes for the unique identification objects, object attributes and transactions.
|
|
| |
These indexes shall represent the backbone of the national knowledge network and as far as possible these shall be maintained as accurately as possible.

Record and storage of indexed knowledge |

These indexes and associated data shall be recorded and stored in central national data centres with access and use of data fully complying to the principles of this Constitution.

Record and storage of indexed knowledge |
|
| |
Access and use of this information shall be strictly controlled in fully complying to the principles of this Constitution. Its use shall be for the benefit of all citizens and the prosperity of the society as a whole.
|
|
| |
Access to these central systems shall be on a fee per record basis with rights of access, tenders and prices determined by the Parliament through law and regulation.
|
