| 33.1 | Professional Organisations | |
| A professional organisation is a non-profit association formed for the protection of the benefits, entitlements and well being of its members, as defined by their common professional standings. |

| A professional organisation represents its members during wage disputes with industry groups and has the role of protecting the real wages of individuals working in various professions. |
||
| Only one professional organisation may be registered as having jurisdiction over each job position. |
||
| 33.2 | Registered professional organisations | |
| All valid professional organisation shall be required to be registered. An unregistered professional organisation or deregistered professional organisation shall be considered an illegal association. |
