  Article 33- Professional Organisations  
33.1 Professional Organisations  
  A professional organisation is a non-profit association formed for the protection of the benefits, entitlements and well being of its members, as defined by their common professional standings.
 
  A professional organisation represents its members during wage disputes with industry groups and has the role of protecting the real wages of individuals working in various professions.
 
  Only one professional organisation may be registered as having jurisdiction over each job position.
 
33.2 Registered professional organisations  
  All valid professional organisation shall be required to be registered. An unregistered professional organisation or deregistered professional organisation shall be considered an illegal association.
