Religious Organisations |

A religious association is any organised body of people professing a common belief system who wish to worship in congregation.
|
|

The constitution is founded on the principle of tolerance and respect to all kinds of belief systems and worship providing they do not infringe on the rights and privileges of other citizens.

Registered religious association |
|
| |
To perform religious services and practices, a religious association must be registered. |
|
| |
To practice religious services and congregation without a proper registration authority is a crime. |

Registration application |
|
| |
As part of the proper registration and accreditation of a religious association must include with its application a complete copy of its constitution, register of assets and liabilities, trustee and powers of authority over funds of the religious association.

| 35.4 |
Right decline/deregister a religious association |
|
| |
Where as part of the registration application is deemed a proposed religious association is for the sole and personal financial benefit of the founders with due benefit and return to its followers, this constitution gives the appropriate statutory authorities the right to decline and/or deregister a religious association.
