| This constitution represents a solemn covenant between peoples of different ethnic backgrounds and languages, of different cutures and histories that unite as one. This constitution and covenant represents a sacred oath between the peoples of Ireland that united as one we shall seek to prosper in peace, tolerance and understanding. | ||
