Constitution as Treaty |

This constitution represents a formal treaty between different peoples of language, ethnicity and background to cede all claims of independent sovereignty in recognition of the strength of one united Ireland. |
|

As a treaty, the signatories of this Constitution and and representatives are the state and provincial governments and leaders in whose faith the peoples of One Ireland have been bestowed. In their agreement and signing to this Constitution, no claim of independence by a state, territory or province shall be considered legitimate, legal or binding. |

Overriding power of this treaty over previous treaties |

While one or more signatories to the Constitution may have undertaken the signing of previous treaties, this Constitution shall take precedence over these previous treaties. |

Agreement of legal autonomy and rights of provinces and states |
|
| |
In exchange for states, regions and territories ceding all rights to the sovereign supremacy of One Ireland, by this constitution, the rights of the citizens of all territories, regions and states that are party to this Constitution shall be afforded the honour of citizens of Ireland and shall have their rights and privileges protected by the articles of this Constitution. |

Agreement of non-aggression |

By this constitution as a treaty, it is expressly forbidden that the apparatus of the state be used in anyway to inflict physical or mental harm, terror or pressure on any community, state or province to change their beliefs. |
|

Furthermore, this treaty binds the armed forces of the State from any act of aggression against citizens of the Ireland, whether or not a dispute exists between the state and the National Parliament or National Executive. |
|
| |
By this constitution, all disputes not withstanding issues of general law and order shall be settled peacefully without arms or anger. |
