Article 45- The Seal

| 45.1 |
The Seal |
|
| |
As this constitution shall be known as a new covenant for the peoples of Ireland, by the power of this constitution a great seal shall be forged and shall be known as the Great Seal of Ireland . |
|

It shall be entrusted to Parliament and the Executive Government to protect and honor the Great Seal of Ireland , for its imprint shall represent nothing less than the existence of the word and law of common Nation of Ireland . |
|

As such, it is only upon the approval of Parliament or the Executive Government that the Great Seal of Ireland shall be instanced on a document or deed, excepting those documents prescribed as mandatory for the President, Senate and Congress by this constitution. |

| 45.2 |
Unique Design of the Seal |

In recognition of the general elections for National Parliament every eight years, the Great Seal of Ireland shall reflect the unique term of the National Parliament. |
|
| |
At the conclusion of a National General Election, a new Great Seal shall be forged reflecting the new officials and leadership of the Nation. |

| 45.3 |
Affixing the Great Seal |

The Parliament of the Nation is to provide for the safe custody of the Seal, which may only be used by the authority of the Parliament excepting those documents listed as mandatory for the President, Board and Officials by this constitution. |
|
| |
Every instrument to which the Seal is affixed is to be signed by either the President, or countersigned by at least two Congress members of the Congress or by or by another person appointed by the Congress for the purpose. |
|

The Congress may determine either generally or in any particular case that a signature may be affixed by a mechanical means specified in the determination. |

| 45.4 |
Certificate Seal |
|
| |
The organisation of the Nation may have one or more duplicates of the Seal which are to be facsimiles of the Seal with the addition on their faces of the words "Certificate Seal" and which are to be known as Certificate Seals. Any certificate for shares, membership, certification, qualification or financial instruments issued under a Certificate Seal is deemed to be sealed with the Great Seal.
