  Article 66-Disease Prevention & Sanitation  
66.1 Disease Prevention & Sanitation  
  The sanitation system is the national sum of water storage, water purification, water pumps, waste disposal, waste filtration, research, infrastructure and skills of the the Nation. Disease prevention is all the early detection systems, disease erradication systems and inoculation systems of the Nation.
 
  It shall remain a primary objective of the Nation to ensure all homes and industries have running purified water and that all agriculture operations have access to sufficient quantities of clean water. Furthermore, it shall remain a primary objective of the Nation to see that all major airborne and blood diseases are minimized.
 
  It shall also be a prime objective of the Nation to ensure all properties have access to waste disposal services for the proper management, storage, disposal and recycling of waste.
 
  The management and control of the sanitation system and disease prevention systems shall be vested in a statutory authority called the National Disease Prevention & Santitation Agency.
 
66.2 National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems  
  The National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the national knowledge system and the operation of the National Knowledge Agency.
 
  The National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of the President upon approval of Congress for whatever term the President deems is appropriate.
 
  The role of National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Nation shall hold the dual position as a member of the Congress with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Congressor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of National Education Systems of the Republic of United Ireland.
 
  The National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall also be a member of the National Board charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the Republic of United Ireland.  
  As National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Nation, it is tasked to this person the burden of protecting and ensuring the best possible standards of disease prvention and sanitation for all the citizens of the Republic of United Ireland. It is also the primary responsibility of the Director of the National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Nation to manage the sanitation and disease prevention codes and standards which outlines all approved methods, designs, technology and system to assist in the erradication and prevention of disease and the maintenance of high quality sanitation standards.  
66.3 National Disease Prevention & Sanitation Secretariat  
  The National Disease Prevention & Sanitation Secretariat of the Republic of United Ireland shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland and their reports to the National Board and the Congress.
 
66.4 National Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems  
  To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the National Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall be established.
 
  The Chairman of this Board shall be the National Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland in the various sovereign nations for which the Nation is established.
 
  As Chairman of this National Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems, the National Director of National Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the National Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.
 
  Vested by this constitution, the National Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income.  
66.5 National Disease Prevention & Sanitation Agency of the Republic of United Ireland  
  By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of disease prevention and sanitation services for the Nation. This agency shall be known as the National Disease Prevention & Sanitation Agency of the Republic of United Ireland.
 
  By this constitution the day to day management of the National Disease Prevention & Sanitation Agency of the Republic of United Ireland shall be vested in the sole authority of theNational Director of National Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland upon the approval of major decisions by the National Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Republic of United Ireland.
