| 73.1 | Industry | |
| The promotion of value added processes in industry through the application of innovative and skilled intellectual capital is a vital ingredient to raising the average living standards of all the citizens of the Republic of United Ireland. |
||
| It shall remain a primary object of the Nation to ensure the development of import replacement industry, value-add industry and new innovations to increase the employment opportunities for workers throughout the Nation. |
||
| The management and control of the industry system shall be vested in a statutory authority called the National Industry Agency. |
||
| 73.2 | National Director of Industry Systems | |
| The National Director of Industry Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the knowledge system of the Republic of United Ireland and the operation of the National Member Support Agency of the Republic of United Ireland. |
||
| The National Director of Industry Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The President upon approval of the Congress for whatever term The President deems is appropriate. |
||
| The role of National Director of Industry Systems of the Nation shall hold the dual position as a member of the Congress with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Congress or is determined by the concurrent tenure as a National Director of Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland. |
||
| The National Director of Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall also be a member of the National Board charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the Republic of United Ireland. | ||
| As National Director of Industry Systems of the Nation, it is tasked to this person the burden of protecting and ensuring the best possible standards of industry development and innovation for all the citizens of the Republic of United Ireland. It is also the primary responsibility of the National Director of Industry Systems of the Nation to manage the Industry and Industry Development Codes which outlines all approved industry grants, innovatibg support, information standards and rules for developing greater industrial capacity. | ||
| 73.3 | National Industry Secretariat of the Republic of United Ireland | |
| The National Industry Secretariat of the Republic of United Ireland shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the National Director of Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland and their reports to the National Board and the National Council. |

| 73.4 | National Board of Industry of the Republic of United Ireland | |
| To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the National Board of Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall be established. |
||
| The Chairman of this Board shall be the National Director of Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland in the various sovereign nations for which the Nation is established. |
||
| As Chairman of this National Board of Industry Systems, the National Director of National Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the National Board of Industry Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year. |
||
| Vested by this constitution, the National Board of Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income. |
||
| 73.5 | National Industry Agency of the Republic of United Ireland | |
| By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of industry services for the Nation. This agency shall be known as the National Industry Agency of the Republic of United Ireland. |
||
| By this constitution the day to day management of the National Industry Agency of the Republic of United Ireland shall be vested in the sole authority of theNational Director of National Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland upon the approval of major decisions by the National Board of Industry Systems of the Republic of United Ireland. |
