	Article 76-Natural Eco-Systems
76.1	Natural Eco-Systems
	The wilderness and natural areas of the nation are national assets to be protected and nurtured.
	It shall remain a primary object of the nation to ensure the proper protection and expansion of natural eco-systems so that land is reclaimed as specific wilderness as well as the regeneration of natural wilderness areas for the habitat of species.
76.2	National Director of Natural Eco-Systems
	The National Director of Natural Eco-Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the education systems and assets of the Republic of United Ireland and the operation of the National Natural Eco-Systems Agency of the Republic of United Ireland.
	The National Director of Natural Eco-Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The President upon approval of the Congress for whatever term The President deems is appropriate.
	The role of National Director of Natural Eco-Systems of the Nation shall hold the dual position as a member of the Congress with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Congressor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a National Director of Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland.
	The Director of National Education Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall also be a member of the National Board charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the Republic of United Ireland.
	As National Director of Natural Eco-Systems of the Nation, it is tasked to this person the burden of protecting and ensuring the best possible standards of wilderness preservation and rebirth of critical wetland areas for the Republic of United Ireland. It is also the primary responsibility of the National Director of Natural Eco-Systems of the Nation to manage and expand the natural heritage register of wildlife habitats for future generations.
76.3	National Natural Eco-Systems Secretariat
	The National Education Secretariat of the Republic of United Ireland shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the National Director of Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland and their reports to the National Board and the Congress.
76.4	National Board of Natural Eco-Systems
	To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the National Board of Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall be established.
	The Chairman of this Board shall be the National Director of Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland in the various sovereign nations for which the Nation is established.
	As Chairman of this National Board of Natural Eco-Systems, the National Director of National Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the National Board of Natural Eco-Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.
	Vested by this constitution, the National Board of Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income.
76.5	National Natural Eco-Systems Agency of the Republic of United Ireland
	By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of conservation and wilderness regeneration services for the Nation. This agency shall be known as the National Natural Eco-Systems Agency of the Republic of United Ireland.
	By this constitution the day to day management of the National Natural Eco-Systems Agency of the Republic of United Ireland shall be vested in the sole authority of the National Director of National Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland upon the approval of major decisions by the National Board of Natural Eco-Systems of the Republic of United Ireland.
